For fifteen years, St. Charles Borromeo Parish has provided a monthly Hot Meal to those in need in the Newburgh area of Cleveland, Holy Name Parish on Broadway Avenue.  The Meal was the vision of St. Charles Borromeo Parishioner Linda Michalakes.  Linda was the leader of the Hot Meal Program from its inception. Linda passed away just before Easter this year.  In her honor, the Hot Meal Program has been renamed Linda’s Meal and will now be led by Linda’s sister, Elaine Eichman.  Linda’s Meal will be provided on the 2^nd Thursday of the Month at Holy Name Parish on Broadway Avenue.  Volunteers’ commitment will be six (6) times a year. Volunteers are needed for Shopping, Food Preparation, Serving the Meal, and Set-up and Cleanup.
